⁠How much do you charge?

Prices can be found online at www.triobraids.com

How does the deposit work?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied to your final bill.

Which stylist should I choose?

Feel free to click the “ANY AVAILABLE” button while we take care of the rest on our end. Depending on the service you choose, the website is designed for the service to automatically go to braiders that are specialized in the service

How do you handle no show?

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you will need to rebook. Only ONE reschedule is permitted.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please call or text if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in waiting to be attended to, depending on salon availability

Do I provide the hair?

It depend on the service you want.

NOTE: human hair is not included but available for sale. Unless mentioned in your requested service
